READ THE WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE BROWSING THE WEBSITE. A USER’S CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE INDICATES THAT THE USER HAS BOTH READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF SERVICE. A USER CANNOT USE THE WEBSITE IF IT DOES NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE. ALL SECTIONS OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE APPLICABLE TO THE USER UNLESS THE SECTION EXPRESSLY STATES OTHERWISE

 

  1. Introduction

  • These Biz Friday 2025 Special Offer Terms & Conditions (the “BF Terms”) apply to purchases of any of the three offers made via the Biz Friday 2025 sale page of Alphabet Social (registration number: 2015/417395/07, hereafter “we”, “us”, “our”).

  • By purchasing any of the Biz Friday offers, you (“you”, “your”, “Client”, “User”) agree to be bound by these BF Terms in addition to the underlying terms and conditions applying to the relevant product (see clause 2).

  • In case of conflict between these BF Terms and the underlying product terms, these BF Terms shall prevail only with respect to the special pricing, bonuses or limitations specified for Biz Friday. For all other matters, the underlying product terms remain in full effect.

 

  1. Underlying Terms & Conditions — Reference Clause
  • For Offer 1 (SOS Club Bundle), the underlying terms and conditions are those set out in the “Selling on Social Club” membership terms on the Website. Accepting the SOS Club Bundle via Biz Friday constitutes agreement to both these BF Terms and the membership terms applicable to the SOS Club.
  • For Offer 2 (Content Power Bundle — including Catalogue to Content, InstaKit and AI Allies), the underlying terms are those set out in the Catalogue to Content T’s & C’s and the InstaKit T’s & C’s (and any relevant AI Allies terms). By purchasing Offer 2, you agree to these BF Terms plus the applicable product-level terms.
  • For Offer 3 (E-commerce Website Audit), the standard terms and conditions for the Website Audit service (as described on our Website) apply in addition to these BF Terms.

 

  1. The Three Biz Friday Offers - Inclusions and Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

  • Offer 1: SOS Club Bundle
    • You pay US$390 (Three Hundred and Ninety United States Dollars).
    • You receive 13 months of access (December 2025 and all of 2026) for the price of 10 months.
    • Includes bonus extras: 2026 Marketing Planning Workshop; Catalogue to Content; SOS AI Tool Suite.
    • Offer valid only if purchased during Biz Friday sale period.
    • Upon payment, access to SOS Club services begins immediately per the underlying membership terms.
    • Should the user wish to extend their membership, the regular annual subscription fee applies.

 

  • Offer 2: Content Power Bundle
    • You receive the bundle of Catalogue to Content, InstaKit, and AI Allies at 40% discount.
    • Total bundle price: US$66 (Sixty-Six United States Dollars)
    • Granted under the underlying usage and licence terms of each respective product.
    • Offer valid only during Biz Friday sale period.

 

  • Offer 3: E-commerce Website Audit
    • 30% discount applied. Regular price: US$500 → discounted price: US$350.
    • Only 5 audit-slots available. First-come, first-served. Once 5 slots are booked, the offer ends.
    • Booking must be completed during Biz Friday sale window.

 

  1. Payment and Booking

  • Payment must be completed via the payment methods available at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal).

  •  A booking is only confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email.

  •  For Offer 3 (Audit), the audit slot is only reserved once payment is confirmed. If payment fails or is not completed, the slot will be released.

     
  1. Refunds & Cancellations 

  • For Offer 1 (SOS Club Bundle) & Offer 2 (Content Power Bundle): any cancellation or refund requests are subject to the refund and cancellation policy set out in the underlying product T’s & C’s.

    5.2 For Offer 3 (Website Audit): once booked and paid, audits are non-refundable, unless at our discretion or in case of failure to deliver the promised audit services.

     

  1. Limitations & Availability 

  • Offer 3 (Website Audit) is limited to 5 spots only. Once those 5 are claimed, the offer ends regardless of sale period.

  •  We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any offer at any time, or refuse service, at our sole discretion,  including but not limited to cases of non-payment, suspected abuse, or breach of the underlying terms.

  •  No offer may be combined with any other promotion, discount or offer, unless explicitly stated by us.

     
  1. License & Use of Digital Products
  •  For digital products included (Catalogue to Content, InstaKit, AI Allies), you accept any license, usage, and limitations defined in their respective T’s & C’s.
  • You agree not to redistribute, resell or publicly share any of the digital materials, templates, worksheets, or other content provided, except as permitted by the underlying licence terms.

 

  1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All content, templates, toolkits, audit deliverables, strategies, copy, graphics, and other materials provided remain our intellectual property. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your personal or business use, in accordance with the underlying terms.

  •  Unauthorised resale, redistribution, publication, or sharing of any materials provided (in digital or physical form) is strictly prohibited.

  

  1. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantee of Results

  • We make no guarantee that use of any product or service will result in a specific income, revenue or sales increase.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, toolkits, support, or audit scheduling. We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose of the materials or services.

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant offer.

     

  1. General Provisions

 

  • These BF Terms form part of a contract between you and us, together with the underlying product terms.

  • If any provision of these BF Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • We may amend these BF Terms at any time; changes will be effective upon being posted on the Website. Continued use or purchase constitutes acceptance.

  • These BF Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the underlying product terms and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction specified in those underlying terms.
