The Challenge

A famous fitting studio, and a question about the ceiling.

Liza Clifford has spent two decades building South Africa's best-known professional bra-fitting practice. By 2024 the reputation was made and the studios were busy, and conventional wisdom said the business had grown about as far as it could.

The brief was to test that: could paid media build demand beyond the walls of the existing studios?

The Approach

Sell the fitting, not the product.

Paid social took the fitting experience to women who had never considered a professional fitting, and the booking funnel turned that attention into appointments.

The creative leads with real fittings and real customers, because what this brand sells first is trust.

The Results

Two years of growth, and three new studios.

Online revenue grew 91% in the first year and 137% in the second. The campaigns booked 1,716 fittings, and the demand supported three new studios.

The ceiling, it turned out, had plenty of room above it.

They made me fall in love with my business again. I'm blown away every single time they send me a set of ads to approve.
